The Physical Stuff....

Practising with the support of the swing provides all of the physical benefits associated with yoga. The physical benefits can be greatly improved as the support of the swing allows the body to stay more relaxed than usual - enhancing the relaxation and flexibility work. The movements involved in using an aerial swing, develop body skills that may not be entirely achievable in traditional yoga. Working against gravity builds great strength. It gives the time to be present and learning to appreciate the wonders of the physical body can of course free the cluttered mind. If this has been an enjoyable experience for an individual, it builds courage, confidence, curiosity and magnificent artistic skills! As the activities are novel and engaging it's far easier for the people to remain in their body and in that beautiful present moment.
